TUNING SUPPORT
Our design and sales team will support your sail maker and crew, providing detailed information about the characteristics of your mast under different wind and tuning conditions.
A complete set of graphs that show the strains and the curvature of the mast are available to your sail maker. Dock Condition Tuning guidelines are delivered to your rig service team so your rig can be set up quickly and efficiently.
Throughout, your mast will be monitored by our staff – right from the concept and design, through production, stepping and tuning.
TESTING
Every mast and boom is tested to confirm that every design value has been achieved. We have rigs to test for longitudinal and transverse mast inertias, boom inertias, vang attachment strength, backstay attachment strength and masthead resistance.
