Autoclave
The curing process is performed in the autoclave at 4 atm pressure and 120 º C, depending on the requirements of each particular case. KC has two autoclaves (45m and 38m).
Cutter CNC
For a drastic reduction in waste of carbon fiber, a CNC cutter is used in combination with a cutting optimization software, maximizing the performance of the materials in the production of small parts, reinforcements and finishes.

Lamination Cabin
The lamination process is done manually in a dust free chamber at a temperature of 20 ° C and controlled humidity below 60%.
Paint Booth:
The paint finish of the mast is made in a cabin at 50 ° C prefiltered air pressure(pressure paint tools).
